Vote for Nashville Area 8 Female Athlete of the Week of the Week


Vote now for the Tennessean High School Athlete of the Week.

Fans can vote once per hour. Voting ends Thursday at 11 a.m.

Ally Beneke, County Warren: Beneke was a selection of all tournaments finishing with 32 kills and 6 blocks.

Sophia Dipaolo, Franklin: Dipaolo won the Division I Class AA Women’s Championship with a 4-under (136) shot during the two-day tournament.

Mackenzie Geer, Heritage of the White House: Geer was named the District 11-AA Tournament MVP with 36 assists, 22 digs, 19 kills, 6 aces and 7 blocks in two tournament games.

Camryn Hunnell, Fairview: Hunnell scored three goals and had two assists in an 8-0 win over Marshall County, then two goals and an assist in a 9-0 win over Waverly.

Sophie Linder, Gordonsville: Linder won the Division I Class A Girls’ Championship with under 8 (132) shots during the two-day tournament.

Kami Lobliner, Ravenwood: Lobliner scored the game-winning goal with 20 seconds left in the second overtime to beat Franklin 2-1 in the District 11-AAA Championship.

Keaton Mitchell, BGA: Mitchell recorded a hat trick in a 6-2 win over Northwest.

Caroline Pardue, APC: Pardue won the Class A Division II Girls’ Championship shooting three (143) and winning the state title after seven holes in the playoffs.

Maggie Rickert, Nolensville: Rickert finished with 26 kills, 13 digs and three blocks in wins over Brentwood and Ravenwood to clinch the District 11-AAA title.

Elle Williams, Station Camp: Williams scored four goals and had an assist in a 9-0 win over Beech.
