Reese Witherspoon is the richest actress in the world, with an estimated net worth of $400 million according to Forbes. And now she’s splurged on buying not just one, but four new properties in the United States.

According dirt.com, Reese has spent nearly $28 million in the first six months of 2022 to buy at least four new homesincluding one in Los Angeles and three in or near Nashville.

They include an $18 million estate near Nashville, which was custom-built in 2020 and sits on four acres of land.
The gated estate includes a nearly 15,000 square foot main house, a separate pool house, a tennis court with a covered viewing pavilion, and a large outdoor swimming pool.

Reese also spent the smallest sum of $5 million on a small four-bedroom, three-bathroom ranch home in Brentwood, Los Angeles, where she’s owned and sold multiple properties over the past two decades.
