Reese Witherspoon lists a nice $25 million home after just 2 years

Reese Witherspoon sells his family home in Los Angeles, less than two years after buying it. The Oscar-winning actress and her husband Jim Toth have put their beautiful property in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon up for sale for $25 million, about $9 million more than they paid in March 2020.

However, the list of photos shared by Dirt reveal that Reese has made some luxurious upgrades to the residence over the past two years, including adding marble flooring and wrought iron railings to the hall and staircase, and completely transforming the kitchen with countertops marble floors and state-of-the-art appliances.

Reese’s home has seven en-suite bedrooms, including an “owner’s wing” with two bathrooms and two walk-in closets. Meanwhile, there is also a library, an outdoor entertainment center with swimming pool, bar and barbecue, and a state-of-the-art security system.

The 45-year-old has already given fans a few glimpses inside her home on social media, including a fun video that showed a glimpse of her hallway and mezzanine, which overlooks the living room below.

Reese is no stranger to buying and selling luxury properties; in 2020, the actress sold her $17 million Pacific Palisades mansion in an all-cash deal, six years after buying it for $12.7 million.

The mother-of-three also owns a handful of properties in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, some of which are reportedly occupied by family members, and has a luxurious vacation home in a gated community in the Bahamas.


Reese and his family have lived there since 2020

Reese and Jim also bought a farm in the foothills above Zuma Beach in Malibu for $6.25 million in August 2019, which they sold a year later for $6.74 million.
