Inside HGTV stars’ stunning homes

In 2018, HGTV’s “Good Bones” star Mina Starsiak Hawk was ready for a bigger home for her growing family with husband Stephen Hawk (per HGTV). So they bought the empty land next to their lodge in Fountain Square, Indiana, the neighborhood where they are renovating homes. “The neighborhood is our home,” Mina told HGTV. “I really can’t imagine living anywhere else.”

The three-story, 2,900-square-foot home was inspired by the couple’s love for Charleston, South Carolina, with architectural details like “tall columns, large balconies, porch vents and wooden fences. black iron” (per HGTV). The impressive ornate iron gate to the front sets the tone, beyond which sits the white house with black trim and welcoming porch. The main floor features engineered vinyl plank flooring with a herringbone design, turquoise velor dining chairs and a white marble kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink and range hood personalized kitchen.

Upstairs are several bedrooms, including the nursery and the master suite, with a sitting area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Plus, there’s a gym, office, dog spa (yes, you read that right!), and a backyard with living and dining areas. “I feel like [she] thought of every detail,” Stephen said. ” It’s perfect.
