More than a staging? Big Brother star of the season 23 Whitney williams may not have won the grand prize, but she’s aiming for something else.
The reality TV star, 30, revealed exclusively to Us weekly on Friday August 6, which she hopes to continue a relationship with costar Xavier prather outside of the show. “I clearly have a crush on him,” she confessed.
Xavier, 27, is also well aware of Whitney’s interest.
“We have had very in-depth discussions on this subject,” she disclosed. “He once told me that every time we go on a first date he wants to take me to a basketball game. We’ve had these discussions about what we want to do for our first date and everything.
However, the lawyer was worried about forming a bond with his roommate. “Even deeper than that, it’s very logical and realistic,” Whitney explained. “The fact that I already have two children, he said he had really tried until the last week and a half not to know me too much. Because he didn’t want to start falling in love with me. Because he has 10 siblings and all of his siblings have different parents and his ideal future would be one person, they are starting their family from scratch. So it was really hard for him to understand. “
However, the makeup artist remains hopeful. “I don’t know. We’ll see, she teased.” I at least want a date. I want him to give me a chance. I don’t want him to think too far into the future because that I think he’s definitely, like, an over-parser.
As for the attributes she admires in Xavier, Whitney exclaimed, “He’s very charming and a gentleman. Like, he’s very chivalrous. He’s a great guy.
Whitney was kicked out in the Thursday August 5 episode Big Brother. Thinking back on her elimination, she wishes she had paid more attention to her surroundings.
“I didn’t put in as much effort as I should have to look for new alliances and align myself to work with them,” she recalls. “I wish I had been a little more aware of what was going on around me before it was too late because I only saw alliances forming this week.”
She added: “I don’t think I could have done anything this week. I did absolutely everything in my power. I think I could have done a lot more last week in preparation for potentially being set up and that could have saved me. But I think this week it was already too late. I was already the target. No one could change their mind.
Big Brother Airs on CBS Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 8 p.m. ET.
